Chapter 10 - Forever and Always

Sixteen months after that fateful, rainy morning at Rosalie’s Diner, the lavender fields of the new Marchetti estate were in full bloom, painting the hillside in vibrant shades of purple and gold.

The sun shone brightly overhead, casting a warm glow across the sprawling lawn where a small, elegant wedding ceremony was taking place. There were no corporate moguls, no corrupt politicians, and no underworld syndicates—just a handful of trusted friends, loyal security staff who had become family, and three giggling toddlers running around in miniature formalwear, scattering rose petals across the white aisle.

Noelle stood before the floral arch, wearing a breathtaking gown of delicate white lace that hugged her figure perfectly, her dark curls adorned with small silver ivy leaves.

As she walked down the aisle on Reyes’s arm—who proudly acted as her surrogate brother and escort—she looked ahead and saw Damian standing at the altar. He wore a sharp, classic black tuxedo, his eyes shining with unadulterated emotion as he watched the woman who had brought light back into his dark world approach him.

When Noelle reached the altar, Damian took her hands in his, his calloused fingers fitting perfectly against hers.

"Do you, Damian Marchetti, take Noelle Bishop to be your lawfully wedded wife, to love her, protect her, and stand by her through all the storms of life?" the officiant asked warmly.

"I do," Damian said, his voice ringing with absolute certainty and devotion, never breaking eye contact with her.

"And do you, Noelle Bishop, take Damian Marchetti to be your lawfully wedded husband, to love him, honor him, and share every joy and triumph of this life?"

Noelle smiled, her hazel eyes sparkling with unshed tears of happiness. "I do."

"With the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. Damian, you may kiss your bride."

Damian didn't hesitate. He pulled Noelle into his arms and kissed her deeply, passionately, sealing their vows amidst the cheers and applause of their beloved children and friends.

Down by the front row, little Aria, Leo, and Julian clapped their tiny hands wildly, laughing as the rose petals rained down around them.

"Mama! Papa!" they chorused together, running forward to wrap their small arms around their parents' legs.

Damian and Noelle broke the kiss, smiling down at their miraculous triplets before kneeling together to scoop them up into a massive, unbreakable family embrace.

The nightmare of the past was gone, replaced by a future filled with warmth, safety, and an eternal, unshakable love. They had found each other in the darkest of places, and together, they had built a paradise that nothing in this world could ever tear apart.
