Chapter 4 - The Legal Freeze

Presenting the certified medical records, the forensic video transcripts, and evidence of deliberate asset dissipation, we requested immediate, unannounced judicial intervention.
The judge reviewed the encrypted video hashes and issued an immediate injunction. When Claire attempted to log into her mobile banking app at 8:15 a.m. to execute a final wire transfer to her offshore account, every connected financial institution had already frozen her access.
At 9:00 a.m., two representatives from Child Protective Services, flanked by two uniform patrol officers, arrived at my residence. Claire was served with an emergency temporary order granting me sole legal protection and suspending her visitation rights pending a full evidentiary hearing.
