The trial was short, but brutal. Vivian Cole, once the most sought-after socialite in Chicago, was dragged out of the estate in handcuffs, her screams echoing against the marble floor. She tried to maintain her composure, but the evidence—the cane, the financial records, and the unwavering testimony of a three-year-old—made her case impossible to defend.
