By 3:30 a.m., the house was finally silent. Sebastian, Theresa, and Arthur had been removed from the property by the Newton police. Since they had no funds and nowhere to go, they were forced to call a distant relative in Rhode Island to pick them up from a nearby 24-hour diner, leaving their oversized suitcases stacked on the curb like garbage.

The first was the certified pre-marital trust deed showing Valerie’s sole ownership since 2021. The second was the bank forensic report proving Sebastian’s nine months of financial fraud and the termination letter from his employer. The third was the wire transfer confirmation showing that Sebastian had lost his parents' life savings in an unapproved crypto account under his own name.
Beneath the images, Diane wrote a single line on Valerie’s behalf:
