With his family fighting for their lives in the hospital, Marcus turned his full attention to finalizing the destruction of the Rossi family. He worked ruthlessly from a makeshift office in the hospital.
He initiated a hostile takeover of Rossi Enterprises, buying up panicking shareholders' stock for pennies on the dollar. By mid-week, the Rossi patriarch, Isabella’s father, was forced to beg for a meeting.
Mr. Rossi arrived at the hospital, looking aged and broken. "Marcus, please. Stop the liquidation. Isabella is foolish, she acted out of jealousy because she always loved you, but don't destroy our entire family legacy for her mistake!"

Tomorrow, the court hears the bail argument. If your lawyers attempt to slander my wife one more time, I will ensure your family enters bankruptcy by Friday."
Left with no choice, the Rossi family withdrew their legal defense team. Isabella was left completely exposed, abandoned by her own family to save themselves from total financial ruin.
