Marcus sat beside Maya while Lily slept against her chest.
"You should've called me."
Maya wiped away fresh tears.
"I didn't want to ruin your business trip."
Marcus shook his head.
"My business can recover."
He reached for her trembling hand.
"But if I lost you..."
His voice broke.

Maya finally admitted everything.
Brenda had refused to cook.
Rachel mocked Maya's pregnancy weight.
