They bundled the decrypted video file, alongside side-by-side macro-photographs of the two lockets and the original manipulated police logs, and transmitted the package via encrypted server directly to the personal residences of the Texas Supreme Court justices, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and every major news network bureau across the state.
