“You’re mistaken,” she said quietly.
The CEO asked, “Should I proceed with the full order?”
Elena looked at Damian for a long, heavy second.
Then she gave one simple command:
“Freeze all accounts related to him. Immediately.”
Damian frantically reached for his phone — no signal.
Seconds later, his assistant burst in, face white as a ghost.
“Sir… all company access has been revoked.”
Within one hour, Damian’s world collapsed in real time.
Board members started resigning mid-call.
Investors pulled out with no explanation.
His name was erased from every internal system like he had never existed.
Veronica tried to storm out, but security blocked her.
“You can’t do this!” she screamed at Elena. “Do you know who I am?”
Elena finally smiled — small, tired, but victorious.
“Yes,” she said softly. “Temporarily.”
Damian stood in the center of the room, stripped of all his power for the first time in his life. His voice cracked as he asked:
“You planned this from the beginning?”
Elena adjusted her sleeve calmly.
“No,” she answered. “I didn’t plan for this exact moment.”
She stepped closer, looking him straight in the eyes.
“I built the entire system you’ve been using. I just stopped pretending I didn’t own it.”
She took the final document from the director.
“The transfer of assets is complete,” he confirmed. “The board is awaiting your instructions.”
Elena didn’t look at the paper. She looked at Damian one last time.
There was no anger in her eyes anymore.
Only the end.
“You called me an expense,” she whispered.
Then she turned away and gave her final order:
“Liquidate all of his assets.”
Damian’s phone exploded with unstoppable notifications.
His entire empire… vanished in minutes.
